UAB "Baltic flax" is implementing the project "UAB 'Baltic flax' Investments in Employee Skills" No. 02-035-K-0342 from June 3, 2024, to February 6, 2026, co-financed under the 2022–2030 Development Program by the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation’s Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Program's progress measure No. 05-001-01-05-07 "Create a Consistent Innovation Promotion System" activity "Develop the Skills Required by Employees of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises."

The main goal of the project is to improve employee skills in information technology, new processes, materials, and technologies.

In the course of the project, the objectives for developing employee skills include:

1. Increasing production efficiency and promoting innovation;
2. Providing employees with the necessary skills to integrate the latest technologies, including automation and advanced production systems;
3. Reducing the shortage of skilled labor;
4. Promoting sustainability and compliance with environmental standards by educating employees about cleaner technologies and sustainable production processes.

PROJECT BUDGET: 127,057.79 EUR.
EU FUNDING: 63,528.89 EUR.
Administering institution: Innovation Agency.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
