DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Our delivery charges are intended to cover processing your order, handling and packaging the products, and finally delivering them to you.
Please note that all our products are handmade to order. We manufacture all items specifically for the order. Manufacturing usually takes around 5 working days if not different in product page. Therefore items are dispatched within a week of ordering. Some items might have a longer manufacturing time; additional information about longer manufacturing time is given on the specific product page. If we have the requested item in stock, we will dispatch it within 2 days after placing the order. Please keep in mind that information about stock quantity is not provided on our website. You should generally expect items to be dispatched within a week (or longer if a specific time is given on a product page).
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Depending on the parcel size and destination, the orders can be sent with FedEx, DHL, THT, Lithuanian Post (Lietuvos paštas), or Venipak. You will receive a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status and progress.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Please keep in mind that the shipping does not include any taxes, duties, or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
